Carpets that outlive the rooms they are bought for
We buy hand-knotted rugs directly from the families who weave them, in Tabriz, Herat, Uşak and Srinagar. No wholesalers, no anonymous stock. Every carpet arrives named, dated and knot-counted.
Bought at source
We travel to the workshops twice a year and pay the price the weaver sets.
Hand-knotted only
No machine-made, no tufted, no exceptions. Knot density is listed on every piece.
Repaired for life
Free restoration on anything bought from us, for as long as you own it.

The Story Behind Your Rug
A carpet is a record of one person’s decisions, made over months
A 300 × 400cm Isfahan at 750 knots per square inch contains somewhere near fourteen million knots. Each one is tied by hand, by someone who chose that colour at that moment.
That is why the back of a hand-knotted rug is as legible as the front, why no two are identical, and why the small irregularities are the signature rather than the flaw.
